By accessing and using FARAI ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FARAI is a form builder platform that allows users to create surveys, polls, registration forms, and collect responses. The Service includes both free and premium features.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept all responsibility for activity that occurs under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Distribute spam, malware, or harmful content

5. Subscription and Payments

Premium features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FARAI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using the Service.

7. Data Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use your data as described in our Privacy Policy to provide and improve the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FARAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
