Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your FARAI premium subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will retain access to premium features until the subscription expires
  • Your account will automatically revert to the free plan
  • No further charges will be made to your payment method
  • All your forms and data will be preserved

2. Refund Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with FARAI. Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund for first-time premium subscribers who are not satisfied with the service
  • Technical issues: If the service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to issues on our end
  • Duplicate charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times
  • Unauthorized charges: If charges were made without your authorization

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Cancellations made after the 7-day refund period
  • If your account was terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • For partial billing periods
  • If you simply changed your mind after using the service beyond the 7-day period
  • For features you did not use during your subscription

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at shivansh@10ximpact.in with the following information:

  • Your registered email address
  • Order/Transaction ID
  • Reason for refund request
  • Any relevant supporting documentation

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved:

  • We will initiate the refund within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

6. Free Plan

Our free plan is available indefinitely at no cost. There are no refunds applicable to the free plan as no payment is required.

7. Auto-Renewal

Premium subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. To avoid being charged for the next period:

  • Cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date
  • Refunds are not provided for auto-renewals unless you contact us within 7 days

8. Currency

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). Refunds will be issued in the same currency and amount as the original transaction.

9. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
